Mommy did pull another kitty today, but I haven't seen him yet. I just know he's a boy...so we'll have to wait until Mommy can get a good photo of him for us.

Gordon goes to work with his daddy every day. Back in September he got really sick and was diagnosed with some icky form of terminal cancer. At the time, it wasn't looking too good for Gordon, but his Mommy did a bunch of research and has been making his food and she's using a bunch of herbal supplements and stuff...and just look at him! Does he look like a sick doggy to you??? He's doing so well that now Mommy has one of the dogs here on alot of the same stuff Gordon takes. I know I complain about the pesky beagles, but I sure hope the medicine works.
We had a big event this week...Miss Jillian A. Purrbottom finally came out of the basement and explored upstairs! It sure took her a long time to realize the dogs wouldn't hurt her. I could have told her that they only want her dinner...but she never asked me.
Kinzi PS...Winston, if you send me your picture, I'll put you on my blog, too!
Mommy finally got him to eat a few bites of food tonight and guess what he finally ate! No...it wasn't pizza...it was MY FOOD! Tonight I had the Thanksgiving Dinner flavor and Buster liked it! I guess I either have a new dinner date...or another person trying to steal my food like the beagles! I'll keep you posted!

Buster is a very good boy. He likes to come into my room and use my potty. He's very neat in his potty habits, so I don't mind. If he were human, he'd be the kind of man who remembers to put the seat down.
Kinzi
The photo is blurry cuz Mommy took it with her stupid new cell phone. Someday she'll have the camera handy and can get a better photo.
Buster is doing very well. You'd never know he's such an old man by the way he acts. He bounces around the house and jumps on and off stuff like a kitten. I fear he's turning into a Momma's boy, just like Herbie, tho. Last night he slept on Mommy's head. Ugh...
Kinzi
I did see Buster looking at me through the door to my room today. I think he wanted in to steal my dinner. I've seen him hanging out with the dogs...so I'm sure they've informed him that my dinner is better than theirs. I wonder if Hamish and Holden would make good bodyguards for me....

Mommy got a letter from Gadget's new mommy. He's doing really well and just loves his new daddy. I guess Penelope is still being a little sassy about having him there...and she must be nuts! Gadget is super sexy! Any girl who isn't thrilled to have a man like that all to herself must be crazy. I'm sure she'll come to her senses at some point.
Mommy says I need to get off the computer so she can use it. She's been kinda cranky since football season ended (so badly). She says all that's on now is the stupid Olympics so she's been amusing herself by watching a show called the Super Nanny. She says it's fun to watch people with demonic children suffering....and that it makes the beagles here look like angels. I reminded her that there's a show called the Dog Whisperer for people who have dogs who are demons...but she didn't want to hear any of that. I'd like to make a note here that, to my knowledge, there aren't any TV shows about demonic cats.

I heard the Wyandotte shelter got a nice, big, community cage that several cats can play in together. It sure is nice for them to jump and climb and move around and not be stuck in a little cage all the time. Mommy says I can donate some of my allowance towards the fundraiser they are having for fancy beds to put in the big cage...but someone needs to send us the link so we can donate! I'm willing to sacrifice my weekly catnip fund to help out the pound cats. Maybe when it's all set up and full of happy cats we can put a picture of it on my blog.
Mommy talked to Grandma today. Grandma was complaining about how cold it is. She sure is silly...cuz she lives near Tampa, Florida! I bet she wasn't scraping ice off her car or shoveling any snow this week. She should come here to visit. I will sit on her lap and keep her nice and warm.

Gadget was adopted last night by the same family that took Penelope a couple of weeks ago. They said she's lonely...which is fine, but did they have to take one of MY boyfriends for her??? Sheesh! I'm sure he'll be very happy there, though. They do not have any pesky beagles who try to steal your dinner and slobber on your catnip toys.
I will keep you up to date, as always...on whatever new man Mommy brings home for me.
Happy Adoption Weekend to everyone!!!!!!!!
XOXO,
Kinzi
Now...down to business. What do you think Herbie is going to get me for Valentine's Day? I wish Mommy would go and get me a man for Valentine's Day! The Wyandotte shelter is having a big Valentine's event this weekend. If you know anyone who needs to adopt a new furry friend, they should go there and see if they make a love connection with any of the animals.
This weekend is also a big adoption weekend at the Petsmart store in Canton. Shelter to Home people will be there with some of our animals. Mommy is taking Jillian A. Purrbottom. I hope she gets adopted so Mommy will go get me a new man!

Mommy is outside shoveling for the millionth time so I thought I'd let you all know that things here are just dandy. Mommy has recovered from Sunday's football trauma and has now settled into a calmer depression caused by Kurt Warner. Today in the mail she got a letter from her Mommy (which I guess is my grandmommy) that had an article from the newspaper about Kurt Warner. It had a nice photo of him...so I'm guessing that is probably getting hung on a wall somewhere until Mommy is done having football withdrawal.
None of us should be complaining about a few inches of snow. At work, Mommy talks to a guy named Dale who lives in Virginia...close to Washington DC...and they've had like 30+ inches of snow in the last week! I think Dale should be out in his lot building giant snow cats! It has to be more fun than shoveling.

I'm writing to you to BEG you to win the Superbowl. You see, we have an entire house full of animals who are going to be so sad if we have to watch Mommy use bad language or cry.
Mommy really loves the Colts. She's had pet birds with names like Cooper and Peyton. So far she hasn't named anything after your other brother, Eli...well...cuz she's still holding a grudge from the draft. But I know she likes him cuz he beat Tom Brady...so he's working his way into her good graces.
Every year the top of the Christmas tree is the Hallmark ornament of you. Mommy says you're the only star she needs on the top of her tree.
Please eat a good breakfast (maybe a bowl of Wheaties with you on the box??), take a little nap mid-day...and get out there and make us all proud! I know we're not the only house cheering for you. My pen-pal, Winston Beagle, is also on your side!
Good luck, and do Mommy another favor and smack that cute little Dallas Clark on the behind for her.
Kinzi
P.S....please don't ever pull a Brett Favre and retire, then not, then change teams, then retire, then not, then change teams...Mommy says if you do that she'll set fire to everything she has with your face or name on it. I know that's kind of drastic...but she loves her Colts...with or without you!...so just sign a contract extension...PLEASE!
Mommy went to the pound tonight. I was hoping she'd come home with Loki...but she didn't. I hear she's got a crush on a beagle there named Roger. She got in trouble when she came home...the beagles were sniffin' her up and down cuz they knew she'd been cheating on them with another beagle. She also got in trouble at the pound because Alyssa is rooting for "the other team" on Sunday. Alyssa, Mommy wants you to know that she doesn't have anything against your team. It's not like when the Colts play against that putz, Tom Brady...
I gotta go...now Mommy is trying to tie this scarf around the dogs for silly pictures and I've got to see it!
Kinzi
Mommy's in a super good mood today cuz she found a box of Wheaties with Peyton Manning on it. (Thank goodness...cuz she found out yesterday that Kurt Warner retired and I thought it was going to be the end of the world!) Daddy asked her if she was going to eat the cereal in the box and Mommy said no! She said she's going to frame it and keep it forever. I'm guessing that tomorrow morning when Mommy wants breakfast, she's gonna tear into that box just like it was any regular box of cereal.
I wonder what I hafta do to get MY face on a box of Wheaties....? Mommy says I have a better chance of getting my face on a bottle of poop stain remover for the carpet. Hmph!
Kinzi
SOOOO unfair.
Oooo...she's coming...gotta go!
